My approach:

My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I guide my clients on their healing journey by integrating various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Strength-Based Therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel empowered to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in your life.

My Focus:

I typically work with children, teens, adults, and older adults navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, abuse, relationship struggles, and self-esteem issues. I am especially comfortable treating clients who are processing past trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, or seeking greater meaning and purpose in life. My approach is client-centered and integrative, allowing me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs while creating a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth.
